Aikido is often translated as &#8220;the way of harmony with nature or universal energy.&#8221; We teach physical techniques as well as philosophy related to Aikido that often relates to how\u00a0we can create harmony in our daily relationships and communities.<\/p>\n<p>We are a member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/aikidobyodokai.org\">Aikido By\u014dd\u014dkai Community<\/a>.\u00a0 By\u014dd\u014d\u00a0\u00a0\u5e73\u7b49 translates to \u201cEquality\u201d in English.\u00a0 By\u014dd\u014d is an important concept in Buddhism, involving the contemplation of the equality of all things. You will practice techniques with other students in a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere.
